All rates are subject to a 8% VI room tax. A deposit of 50% is necessary to secure a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented for the time cancelled. Any refund is subject to a 10% service fee. Because of the strict policy we urge you to obtain Travelers Cancellation Insurance.
